The Challenge

Parents were overwhelmed by the sheer volume of baby products on the market. Generic recommendation engines surfaced irrelevant products because they didn't account for a baby's age, developmental stage, or the family's unique preferences and values. Noppie's founders wanted a marketplace that felt like advice from a trusted friend who happened to know everything about your child — not another generic grid of products.

Our Solution

We built a Flutter marketplace with a bespoke AI recommendation engine that learns from purchase history, the baby's age milestones tracked in-app, and explicit preference signals from parents. The model maps each product to developmental stages and parenting philosophies, then dynamically assembles bundles tailored to each family. A pediatrician review layer adds a layer of clinical trust to AI-generated suggestions. The result is a shopping experience that feels curated, not algorithmic.
