A boutique yoga and fitness studio approached iMobdev with a growth problem hiding behind a scheduling one: classes were filling up or falling apart, and members had no reliable way to see what was actually available. Technically, the studio needed something that worked from day one with their existing class roster and instructor list, without requiring members to learn a complicated new system or the studio to hire additional front-desk staff.

StudioBookings replaced a sign-in sheet and a ringing phone with a calendar members check on their own time, cutting front-desk scheduling calls dramatically and giving the studio a clear, real-time picture of every class's capacity. Instructors and staff now see the same live schedule members do, which has all but eliminated double-bookings.

The studio has used the added front-desk time to focus on member experience instead of logistics, and is already asking about extending StudioBookings to a second location. iMobdev continues to support the platform as the studio's class catalog and membership base grow.
