The Challenge
Bagify approached iMobdev with a proven idea and no way to sell it: a Shopify cart add-on that used cross-sell drawers and goal-based progress bars to push shoppers toward a higher average order value. The concept had been validated informally with a handful of merchants, but there was no polished marketing site, no pricing structure, and no consistent story explaining why a store owner should trust another app with their checkout flow.
The gaps were concrete. There was no clear way to demonstrate the product in action to a merchant browsing the Shopify App Store, since screenshots and a vague description don't convey how a discount drawer or a "you're $12 away from free shipping" progress bar actually feels mid-checkout. There was no tiered pricing model to capture both small stores testing the waters and larger stores ready to commit to unlimited offers. And there was no path from casual visitor to installed app — no obvious next step for someone who liked the pitch but wasn't ready to commit.
Every week spent without a credible storefront was a week of losing App Store search traffic to competing cross-sell tools with more established landing pages. Bagify needed a site that could sell the product on its own, since most merchants would never speak to a human before clicking install.
Our Solution
iMobdev treated the Bagify site as a conversion funnel first and a brochure second. Every section had to answer one merchant question — what does it do, what does it cost, and can I trust it — and lead directly to an install or a consultation booking, rather than just describing features in the abstract.
We built the front end as a fast, static marketing site with a component-driven layout: a bold gradient hero pairing the core value proposition with an embedded product walkthrough video, followed by icon-led feature blocks explaining cross-sell drawers, progress-bar offer types (free shipping, whole-cart discount, product discount, surprise gift), and the no-code configuration panel merchants would actually use inside their Shopify admin.
On the UX side, we leaned into a bright periwinkle-and-coral palette carried through every button, badge, and card so the brand felt energetic rather than generic-SaaS, while keeping typography and spacing calm enough that the pricing table and contact form stayed easy to scan. A dedicated "Choose a Plan" section lays out Free, Basic, and Pro tiers side by side with the Pro plan visually elevated, and a full Executive VIP consulting page was added for merchants who want a done-for-you setup instead of self-service.
For integrations, the site's install and "See demo store" calls-to-action route straight into the Shopify App Store and a live demo storefront respectively, and the Contact page ships with a lightweight name/phone/email/message form wired to the Bagify team's inbox for VIP consulting inquiries. Delivery was phased: the home page and pricing table shipped first to start capturing installs, with the Services, VIP consulting, and Contact pages following in a second pass once early merchant feedback came in.
The Impact
Bagify launched with a marketing site that does the selling the product itself never could: a merchant can watch the cross-sell drawer in action, compare plans, and either install immediately or book a VIP consultation, all without leaving the page. The tiered pricing table gave Bagify a clear upgrade path from free trial to Pro, and the Executive VIP page opened a second revenue line for merchants who wanted hands-on setup instead of self-service.
The clean, single design system across Home, Features, Services, Pricing, and Contact means new sections can be added without breaking the site's visual consistency. iMobdev continues to support Bagify as it expands into BigCommerce and WooCommerce storefronts.
