About This Role

We're 500+ people and growing. We need an HR Manager who builds systems โ€” not one who just runs processes. You'll own talent acquisition for engineering and design roles, drive the performance review cycle, design onboarding that actually prepares people for real work, and build the culture programs that keep iMOBDEV a place people recommend to their best friends.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end talent acquisition for engineering, design, and sales roles โ€” from JD writing to offer negotiation
  • Build and manage a recruiter team of 2-3 as volume grows
  • Design and run the semi-annual performance review cycle with calibration sessions for managers
  • Develop an onboarding program that reduces time-to-productivity for new hires
  • Implement and administer HRIS systems โ€” maintain accurate employee data, contracts, and records
  • Design and deliver learning & development programs in collaboration with department heads
  • Handle employee relations issues with empathy, fairness, and documentation discipline
  • Track HR metrics: offer acceptance rate, time-to-hire, retention, eNPS, and headcount forecast

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR generalist or HR manager experience, preferably in a technology company
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting for technical roles โ€” you understand what good engineering candidates look like
  • Solid grasp of Indian labor law, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Zoho People, Darwinbox, or similar)
  • Strong interpersonal skills โ€” people trust you with problems they wouldn't share with a manager
  • Data-driven mindset โ€” you track what you do and know whether it's working

Nice to Have

Bonus points โ€” not required

  • SHRM-CP, CHRP, or equivalent HR certification
  • Experience building culture programs for distributed or hybrid teams
  • Background in high-growth startups where process had to scale fast
