About This Role

We're growing our client base in North America and Europe, and we need a BD Manager who can build the pipeline. You'll own the full sales cycle for enterprise and mid-market technology companies โ€” from outbound prospecting to proposal writing to contract close. You understand software development well enough to have credible technical conversations, and you know when to bring in the solutions team.

Responsibilities

  • Own a revenue target and build the pipeline to exceed it โ€” primarily inbound follow-up and targeted outbound
  • Qualify inbound leads from the website, referrals, and marketing channels using BANT or MEDDIC
  • Run discovery calls and technical briefings to deeply understand client requirements and budget
  • Work with solutions architects to scope projects and develop winning proposals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract โ€” typically 4-12 week cycles
  • Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline (HubSpot) with forecast confidence ratings
  • Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
  • Represent iMOBDEV at industry events, webinars, and conferences (travel required 4-6x per year)

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B technology sales โ€” software services, SaaS, or IT consulting preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a consultative sales environment
  • Strong understanding of software development processes โ€” you can discuss tech stacks credibly without being an engineer
  • Excellent written communication โ€” you write proposals that win and emails that get replies
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or a comparable CRM at a disciplined level
  • Comfortable operating in overlapping time zones for North America and Europe calls

  • Existing network in tech startups, fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce verticals
  • Experience selling AI/ML development services or data engineering
  • Background working with nearshore or offshore development teams
