An Account Executive role for someone who loves the science of sales โ understanding what moves people from curious to committed. You'll work the mid-funnel: qualifying inbound leads, running demos, handling objections, and closing deals for web, mobile, and AI development projects. You'll have a Senior BD Manager and a solutions team to lean on, and a clear path to a BD Manager role within 18 months.
Responsibilities
- Qualify and respond to inbound leads within agreed SLAs โ speed-to-lead matters
- Run product demos and discovery calls to understand client goals and pain points
- Handle pricing and proposal conversations in collaboration with the BD Manager
- Follow up on quotes, negotiate terms, and move deals to close
- Maintain complete, accurate CRM records with next-step ownership
- Hand off new clients to the project management team with complete briefing documentation
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology services or SaaS
- Proven ability to hit monthly targets consistently
- Clear, confident communication โ you listen more than you talk
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
- Ability to explain technical concepts in business terms
Nice to Have
Bonus points โ not required
- Experience selling app development, AI, or digital transformation services
- Familiarity with US/UK market buyer behavior and decision-making timelines
